The plaque painted across the hero reads "Complete Quill System, 5 capabilities selected", and the six-step rail beneath it is painted mid-progress. Both are mock states in the supplied render. The live page reports whatever you have actually selected, and nothing is selected until you select it.

Your starting path.
Three ways into the same system. The path sets which capabilities start switched on and which order the work runs in.
No starting path chosen yet. Choose one, or open the plan composer.

The artwork paints the third card, Complete Quill System, as already chosen, and the heading above it as a statement of fact. It is a mock state: the live page reflects the path you arrived with, or none.
Build the plan around the work.
Five capabilities, kept or dropped one at a time. Keep only the ones the work actually needs.

Each painted card carries an INCLUDED stamp and a VIEW DETAILS and REMOVE pair. The stamps are a mock state. Removing a capability is the checkbox itself, and the details for every capability are the comparison table in the next section, so neither painted button is reproduced as a second control that does the same thing twice.
What each capability adds.
The same five capabilities, side by side, with the point in each one where you approve before the work continues.

This table names the web capability CUSTOMER-FACING WEBSITE where the rest of the delivery names it Custom Web Design. This build uses Custom Web Design everywhere; the single approved label is still outstanding.
One foundation. Every deliverable.
Whatever mix of capabilities the plan ends up with, they are carried on the same four shared things rather than assembled separately.
- Shared strategy
- Shared assets
- Shared data
- One project lead

Set your priorities. Define the scope.
What the plan should achieve first, and how much of it is in scope. None of this is required to keep reading.

Eight priority tiles are painted above these fields and a scope summary clipboard beside them, with an EDIT link on each summary row. The supplied map records the geometry of those tiles and rows but not their painted labels, so none of them is published as live text.
How your plan will move.
Five stages, with a point at the end of each one where a decision is made before the next begins. One connected team carries the plan across all of them.
- Discover Begin with the business, not the deliverable.
- Map Make the invisible work visible.
- Design Compose the connected solution.
- Build Build, connect and review in working parts.
- Launch and support Release with a plan.

Six role cards are painted beneath the stage line. The supplied map does not record their titles, so no role name is published here. The connected team page is the approved source for who does what.

The more specific this is, the less guessing happens later. Answer what you can and leave the rest.

The painted upload label reads "Band Files"; its siblings are Process Documents and Reference Examples, so the live label reads Brand Files. The supplied map records the geometry of the eight work fields and eight contact fields but not their painted labels, so the live labels are written from this section’s own subject and are on the verification list.

What happens next.
A submitted plan is read by a person before anything else happens. Quill reviews the request, then comes back to you about scope, timing and terms.
- Review Quill reads the request.
Four steps are painted in this band. Only the first is recorded well enough to publish. The remaining three labels are being confirmed with Quill and will be published once they are.

Four steps are painted in this band. Only the first is recorded well enough to publish. The remaining three labels are being confirmed with Quill and will be published once they are.
The band also paints a frequently asked list of five rows. The supplied map records only one of the questions, "Who owns the finished system and creative assets?", and none of the answers. No answer is written here on Quill’s behalf, so the list is not published until the approved copy exists.

To verify before this page claims it
The supplied artwork paints figures, dates, names and statements that this build has not been able to confirm. Nothing on this list is published as fact until Quill confirms it.
- The two consent lines painted in section 08, "I consent to Quill reviewing my submitted materials to prepare a project plan and follow up about my request." and "I understand Quill will review the request before confirming scope, timing, and terms.", are legal statements. They are carried as supplied and are not published as Quill policy until Quill confirms the wording.
- The Budget Range and Investment Range selects are painted empty on five pages. No price bands exist in the spec, the artwork or the repo, so the control ships with no options. Which bands should it offer?
- Section 08 paints three dropzones. There is no approved upload endpoint, no storage location and no retention rule for files a visitor would attach, so all three ship disabled. What should happen to an uploaded file?
- The five frequently asked rows in section 09 paint questions without answers. Only "Who owns the finished system and creative assets?" is recorded, and its answer is a rights statement that needs approval before it is published.
- Section 04 names the web capability CUSTOMER-FACING WEBSITE where the rest of the delivery names it Custom Web Design. One approved label is needed for all four painted spellings.
- The hero plaque reads "5 CAPABILITIES SELECTED" and the rail is painted mid-progress. Both are derived from a selection this build does not receive from a server, so neither figure is published as fact.
- The supplied map records the geometry of the eight priority tiles in section 06, the six role cards in section 07, the eight work fields and eight contact fields in section 08 and the four next-step labels in section 09, but not their painted text. The live labels are written from each section’s subject and need Quill’s approved wording.
- The painted footer carries "© 2026 Quill Productions". The band is suppressed and the real site footer renders instead, so no year from the artwork ships.
Corrected in the live text
The artwork is published exactly as supplied. Where it paints a misspelling or a wrong number, the live text beside it reads correctly.
- Section 01 paints its eyebrow as a collision of two strings, "QUILL PROCOMPLETE QUILL SYSTEM." The live eyebrow reads Complete Quill System, because that is this page’s own subject and the other candidate, Quill Productions, is already the site name in the header.
- Section 08 paints an upload label "Band Files". Its siblings are Process Documents and Reference Examples, so the live label reads Brand Files.
- The artwork paints this plan as already chosen: the plaque reads Complete Quill System with five capabilities selected, the third path card is selected and all five capability cards read INCLUDED. Those are mock states in the supplied render. The live path and capability controls ship with nothing preselected and read the selection from the query string, the same way the plan composer receives it.
