These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Quill Productions ("Quill," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of our website, platforms, products, services, and related tools (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

These Terms

These Terms apply to your general use of our website, platforms, and Services.

A signed Project Agreement

When you accept a separate, signed Project Agreement, that agreement controls that specific project.

If there is a conflict, the signed Project Agreement will control for that project. All other matters remain governed by these Terms.

"Project Agreement" is used here as a defined term but is not defined anywhere on this page, and the standard for a project-specific agreement is stated two different ways on this page. Counsel has to settle both.
