The Connected Quill Team

One project. One connected Quill team.

Five specialties read from the same score. You brief once, and the work comes back joined up rather than in five separate pieces.

  • Strategy and leadership One project lead across every capability.
  • Custom Workflows

  • Custom Web Design
  • Graphic Design

The plate paints "STRATEGY & LEADESHIP" and the summary line "ONE SCORE · FIVE CAPABILITIES · ONE PROJECT LEAD". The spelling is corrected in the live text and the summary line is on the verification list.

Every specialty plays from the same score.

Four things are shared before any capability starts work, so the five parts of a project are built against one set of decisions.

  • Shared strategy
  • Shared assets
  • Shared data

Graphic Design and Animation share one section on /services, so the last two links land on the same place.

Specialists when you need them. One team throughout.

Roles come in and out as the work needs them. The project lead does not change while that happens.

How the parts connect.

The matrix sets each phase against each capability, so you can see who is working and when, and where a decision from you is needed.

  • Client approval The matrix marks three points where the project waits for your decision. Client approval — To Verify

Play the project: Not yet available. This is a motion affordance rather than a destination, and the artwork already shows the finished state.

View by capability: Not yet available. The artwork does not say where this control goes, and this build does not guess.

The three painted "Client approval" tags describe how Quill says it runs a project. They are carried here as an unconfirmed process claim, not as a term.

One brief, many outputs.

Everything your team needs.

One workspace holds the project: what is decided, what is waiting, what has been delivered and when the next review is.

  • Decisions and approvals What was agreed, who agreed it and what it unblocked.
  • Files The current version of every deliverable in one place.
  • Open questions What the project is waiting on, and from whom.
  • Review schedule When the next review is and what it covers.
  • Deliverables What has been handed over and what is still to come.
  • Progress Where the project has got to across the five capabilities.

The workspace in the artwork is an illustration of the finished product. It is not a live screen, and the project data painted inside it is not real.

Preview the workspace: Not yet available. The screen this control would open is shown in the artwork as a concept and has not been built.

The plate paints a completion percentage, dated approvals, named files, a task checklist and dated reviews. None of it describes a real project, so none of it is published here. The painted headline also reads "EVERYTHING YOUR TEAN NEEDS."; the live heading is spelled correctly.

The review rhythm.

Work moves through four gates. Each one ends with a decision that is written down before the next stage starts.

  • Decisions documented The shared approval ledger records what was decided and when. Decisions documented, everyone stays aligned — To Verify

Both painted statements describe how Quill says it runs reviews. They are carried as unconfirmed process claims until Quill confirms them.

Build what needs to work together.

Five stages, from the first conversation to launch, and one form that tells Quill enough to plan the work.

  • Discover Begin with the business, not the deliverable.
  • Map Make the invisible work visible.
  • Design Compose the connected solution.
  • Build Build, connect and review in working parts.
  • Launch and support Release with a plan.

Request a connected project

Tell Quill what needs to work together. Nothing here is a scope, a price or a start date.

This form does not send anything yet. There is no approved submission endpoint for the Service pages, so nothing you type here is stored, transmitted or received by Quill, and no request is created. Use Start a project, or Talk to Quill, to reach us today.

Describe the window you have in mind. No date is suggested for you.

Quill publishes no price bands, so this is yours to state in your own terms.

Questions about working this way.

Five questions come up on nearly every connected project. The answers are being confirmed with Quill before they are published here.

  • Who owns the finished system and creative assets?

The five painted FAQ rows stay as artwork until Quill approves the answer text. No answer is written here that Quill has not confirmed.

To verify before this page claims it

The supplied artwork paints figures, dates, names and statements that this build has not been able to confirm. Nothing on this list is published as fact until Quill confirms it.

  • Section 06 paints "65% Complete", approvals dated May 4, May 10 and May 12, the files "Brand Guide.pdf", "Process Map.vsdx", "Homepage_v3.fig" and "Launch Video.mp4", and reviews dated May 16, May 20 and May 27. All of it was produced for the render and none of it is published. Real example data is needed before any of it can ship.
  • Section 04 paints "CLIENT APPROVAL" three times and section 07 paints "HUMAN REVIEW AT EVERY GATE" and "DECISIONS DOCUMENTED. EVERYONE STAYS ALIGNED." These describe how Quill runs a project and are carried as unconfirmed claims until Quill confirms them.
  • Section 01 paints "ONE SCORE · FIVE CAPABILITIES · ONE PROJECT LEAD" as a summary claim about how every project is staffed. It is not published as fact yet.
  • Section 08 paints "Q3 2026" in the launch-window field and an empty "Budget Range" select. Both ship as free text so that no timeline and no price band is invented.
  • Section 09 paints five FAQ rows. The asset map records the questions but no approved answer text came with the package, so no answer is published here.
  • Section 08 paints six capability checkboxes against the five capabilities used everywhere else. Five are modelled; the sixth painted box has no label in the artwork and is left as artwork.

Corrected in the live text

The artwork is published exactly as supplied. Where it paints a misspelling or a wrong number, the live text beside it reads correctly.

  • Section 01 paints "STRATEGY & LEADESHIP". The live text reads "Strategy and leadership".
  • Section 06 paints "EVERYTHING YOUR TEAN NEEDS." The live heading reads "Everything your team needs."
  • Section 08 paints "BUILD E WHAT NEEDS TO WORK TOGTHER." The live heading reads "Build what needs to work together.", which is also the design spec's own name for the section.
