Compare Your Three Quill Paths.

Compare paths

The recommended path is a hypothesis. It is not an approved workflow, a scope, an implementation promise, an estimate or a live automation.

  • Operations First Custom Workflows and Custom Software first.
  • Customer Experience First Custom Web Design and Graphic Design first.
  • Complete Quill System All five capabilities together.

The three-step tracker painted across the top of this section shows where comparison sits in the journey. It is a marker, not a record: nothing on this page marks anything complete.

Three Paths. Side by Side.

Side by side

The same thirteen rows for each path, so the difference is visible rather than argued.

  • Estimated timing For every path. TBD
  • Investment For every path. TBD
  • Human confirmation required On every path, without exception.

The capability marks in this table show what each path includes. The controls that change them are in Adjust Your Capabilities below, so the same choice is never offered twice.

Decision Questions.

Decide

Five questions worth answering before choosing a path. Tick the ones you can already answer.

  • Is the pressure on the work your team does, or on what your customers see? To Verify
  • Does the process already exist, or is it being invented? To Verify
  • Is the bottleneck people, information, tools or approvals? To Verify
  • Who has to agree before anything changes? To Verify
  • What would have to be true for this to be worth building? To Verify

These ticks stay on this page for this visit only. Nothing is stored, nothing is sent to Quill, and answering them approves nothing.

The artwork paints "Internal efficiency vs., external impact" with a stray comma. The live text beside it reads correctly.

Adjust Your Capabilities.

Adjust

Fifteen switches: five capabilities against three paths. Adjusting one returns the conclusions it affects to Needs Review.

Included, not included and optional add-on are shown by the artwork. Changing a switch here changes what this page shows you and nothing else: no recommendation is recalculated, no estimate is produced, and nothing is sent to Quill.

To verify before this page claims it

The supplied artwork paints figures, dates, names, statuses and statements that this build has not been able to confirm. Nothing on this list is published as fact until Quill confirms it.

  • Estimated timing and investment are painted TBD for all three paths and stay TBD. Timing, investment, completion and savings remain TBD until they are supported.
  • Thirteen Needs Review and five To Verify markers are painted into sections 04, 05, 06 and 08. Every one of them ships as painted; none is replaced by a computed value.
  • The recommended path is a hypothesis, not an approved workflow, scope, implementation promise, estimate or live automation.

Corrected in the live text

The artwork is published exactly as supplied. Where it paints a misspelling, a wrong number or a state nobody chose, the live text beside it reads correctly.

  • The Tradeoffs plate paints "Internal efficiency vs., external impact" with a stray comma. The live text reads "Internal efficiency against external impact".
  • The artwork paints a SAVE & EXIT control inside its navigation band, which implies an authenticated workspace. The band was cropped and the control is not rebuilt: this is a public explanation, not a client workspace.

What the sources do not carry

These are gaps in the supplied material, not decisions. They are recorded here so a reader can see why a control is disabled rather than guessing.

  • Operations First has no approved artwork. Its nine plates sit in Quill-Service-System-Depth-Enhanced-4K-Master-Part-2-of-2.zip, which does not exist anywhere on the delivery machine. Both controls that would open it are disabled and say so.
  • Customer Experience First has no approved artwork either, and for a different reason: it appears in neither remaster report and was never remastered by either family. Recovering the missing archive would not fix it.
  • The result is that two of the three columns of this comparison have no destination page. The comparison itself is complete, because every path is painted inside these nine plates; it is the pages behind two of the columns that are missing.

Review with Quill

A human review of a map or a blueprint is requested, not scheduled here. Submitting a request asks Quill to review and respond. It does not approve scope, authorise payment, begin implementation or confirm timing.

Review the Map with Quill explains what a review covers and how to ask for one. It does not book, confirm or schedule a review: there is no calendar behind it and no availability has been verified. Talk to Quill reaches a person today.
