Add the Customer-Facing Layer
Recommendation
This recommendation appears when a map reveals that customers reach the process directly. It is a hypothesis about what would help, not an approved scope.
The three icons in this illustration — workflows, data and outputs — are decoration. They are not controls and nothing happens when you reach for them.

The plate paints two lines beginning "You selected:". No selection has been made on this page, so those lines are artwork rather than a record, and the live text does not repeat them as fact.

Forms, actions and workflow connections
Forms and connections
A form is only useful when what it starts is owned by somebody and visible to the person who filled it in.
- Forms and fields TBD
- Validation and UX TBD
- Lead capture and consent TBD
- Calls to action and next steps TBD
- Lead capture to CRM TBD
- Form submissions to workflow TBD
- Notifications to owner TBD
- Status updates to the person who asked TBD
The "Contact Us" form in this illustration, and the message reading "Your information has been received", are a picture of a form and a picture of a success state. Neither is wired. Wiring them would put a second contact form on this page that sends nothing and shows a confirmation for something that never happened.

This plate paints three figures — a page-speed score of 92 and contrast ratios of 4.8:1 and 7.2:1. They are the only hard numeric claims in the whole delivery and nothing in the supplied material substantiates any of them. They are illustrative artwork, they are not measurements of this site or of any site, and no target on this page is derived from them.

The impact-and-likelihood chart on this plate plots four risks at particular positions. Nothing in the supplied material supports those positions, and severity stays at Needs Review until criteria and evidence are confirmed. The chart is illustration, not a judgement this page makes.

To verify before this page claims it
The supplied artwork paints figures, dates, names, statuses and statements that this build has not been able to confirm. Nothing on this list is published as fact until Quill confirms it.
- The technical plate paints "92 Page Speed", "4.8:1" and "7.2:1". These are the only hard numeric claims in all seventy-two supplied plates and nothing substantiates any of them. They are published as artwork and named as illustration; whether they can be substantiated at all is an open question for Quill.
- The risk chart plots four risks at particular impact and likelihood positions with no evidence behind them. Severity stays at Needs Review.
- Five deliverables are painted with ticks as though guaranteed. They ship as To Verify, because submitting a request does not approve scope.
- Thirty-eight TBD, six Needs Review and seven To Verify markers are painted across the nine plates. All ship as painted.
Corrected in the live text
The artwork is published exactly as supplied. Where it paints a misspelling, a wrong number or a state nobody chose, the live text beside it reads correctly.
- Seven of the nine supplied files carry another section’s content. The plates are published in the corrected order, bound by SHA-256 rather than by filename, so every heading sits above the artwork it describes. Publish 02 comes from the file named 07, publish 04 from 02, publish 05 from 06, publish 06 from 04, publish 07 from 09, publish 08 from 05 and publish 09 from 08.
- Two plates paint their own progress headers, "SECTION 07 OF 09" and "SECTION 08 OF 09". Those strips were cropped, so a painted counter can never disagree with where a reader actually is. They were also the proof of the true section order.
- The plate paints two "You selected:" lines and a pre-selected site type. Nothing is selected for you here.
What the sources do not carry
These are gaps in the supplied material, not decisions. They are recorded here so a reader can see why a control is disabled rather than guessing.
- Graphic Design and Animation have no page anywhere in the site, so both capability toggles are disabled rather than pointed at a guess.
- The four open questions have no answer store, so answering them, adding an answer and flagging for review are all disabled.
- Review With Quill has no artwork and no route. The UX map makes it canonical and its wireframe was never remastered, so the control says so instead of guessing.
Where this goes next
Every one of these is a page that exists today. Nothing here points at a route that has not been built.

Review with Quill
A human review of a map or a blueprint is requested, not scheduled here. Submitting a request asks Quill to review and respond. It does not approve scope, authorise payment, begin implementation or confirm timing.
Review the Map with Quill explains what a review covers and how to ask for one. It does not book, confirm or schedule a review: there is no calendar behind it and no availability has been verified. Talk to Quill reaches a person today.
