Supporting tools
- Obsidian: Keep reusable briefs and decisions.
- Word / Docs: Edit and format final documents.
- Canva: Design visual deliverables when useful.
What to check
- Source alignment: Compare the draft with its inputs.
- Missing facts: Keep unknown details explicit.
- Export integrity: Open the downloaded document.
Optional extension
- Request form: Collect a brief
- Server route: Validate the task
- Claude API: Generate a draft
- Review queue: Approve the content
- Document store: Save the result
The Claude app and API are separate routes. A developer must configure API access, billing, document handling, and output storage; app projects do not automatically become server workflows.
Lean starter
Claude + approved source files + your existing document app. Use projects or connectors only for repeated work.
Example
Policy brief → draft client checklist → verify each requirement → export an approved onboarding document.
