Make a short music concept that supports a clear creative brief.

BEGINNER / MUSIC CREATION

1. Set the stage

Use the official web app and start with a simple music idea. Check the current plan and usage rights before treating a generated track as a commercial asset.

1. Open the Create page

Sign in at suno.com and go to Create. Review current account access and choose the simple creation option available to you.

2. Describe the sound

Name the mood, style, instruments, and intended use. For a first exercise, choose an instrumental concept without complicated lyrics.

3. Generate & compare

Create a small test and listen to the alternatives. Judge rhythm, structure, sound quality, and whether the music supports the intended scene.

4. Save & finish the edit

Keep the chosen track and prompt. Use an audio or video editor to trim and mix it, then check the final file before sharing.

2. Lean working stack

| Stage | Role | | --- | --- | | Music brief | Define the mood | | Suno | Generate a concept | | Audio editor | Trim & balance | | Human review | Listen & approve |

Arrows in the visual sheet show the order of work. External connections require separate setup. Optional tools may be replaced with ones you already use. This is a suggested stack for this task, not a universal optimum.

Describe qualities clearly

Use instrumentation, tempo feel, energy, and structure. Avoid relying on a long list of conflicting moods or a claim that the first result is finished.

Separate a demo from release

A music sketch can guide a project. Check current rights, plan terms, and any supplied audio permissions before releasing the result commercially.

3. First practice task

An instrumental learning-video theme: warm marimba, gentle piano, understated bass, a calm upbeat pulse, clear repeating sections, no vocals, and space for spoken narration.

Your setup is working when

The track matches the brief, works beneath speech without distraction, and the saved export plays cleanly in the intended editing workflow.

Troubleshooting

Wrong mood? Simplify the style brief. Distracting arrangement? Request fewer instruments. Release uncertainty? Check the current output-use terms.
