BEGINNER / WEB IMAGE CREATION
1. Set the stage
Use the official Firefly web app and an Adobe account. Start with one image task and check the model and credit settings shown in your account.
1. Open & sign in
Visit firefly.adobe.com. Sign in with your Adobe account and review available creation tools and current generative-credit usage.
2. Choose an image tool
Select the image-generation mode appropriate to the task. Set the output ratio and begin with a clear subject and composition.
3. Control the look
Describe palette, material, light, and placement. Use an authorized reference only if the task needs one, and adjust one variable at a time.
4. Finish & export
Inspect the selected result at full size. Download it and place it into a design tool for exact text, borders, and instructional diagrams.

Arrows in the visual sheet show the order of work. External connections require separate setup. Optional tools may be replaced with ones you already use. This is a suggested stack for this task, not a universal optimum.
Choose the model deliberately
Different models and modes can have different capabilities and terms. Check the active option before assuming the same result or usage rights.
Keep typography precise
Use generated artwork for illustration. Put required titles, small labels, and instructions in editable design layers rather than inside the generated scene.
3. First practice task
Create a crisp brass harp in a deep teal studio, warm lighting, realistic continuous materials, a quiet left side for a title, and no text or decorative speckle grid.
Your setup is working when
The illustration fits its intended ratio, the composition has room for the content, and your final typeset sheet is checked at export size.
Troubleshooting
Wrong composition? Specify placement and ratio. Extra details? Simplify the prompt. Feature unavailable? Check model and account access.
